Being someone who does not like haggling I found the process of getting the deal and costing a bit awkward. A company like BMW should be offering the best deal possible without the haggling. Felt that the dealer was trying to get as much as it could

First class support from Frank Martone and everything was explained in an easy to understandable way, Frank always goes the extra mile and even arranged a courtesy car over the weekend whilst we waited to complete the sales paperwork

Very happy with the work done but although I knew the cost in advance the £145 diagnostic cost was expensive for something which I felt was known either in advance or very quickly given it was a leaking air bag
