Harry williams was very helpful when purchasing my car and the bmw update which resulted in a delay to pick the car up on specified day Harry couldn't do enough to rectify the situation and as a good will gesture gave £350 which was appreciated

Great facilities at the center. Knowledgeable, professional and courteous personnel on had to discuss things with. Simple systems used for payment. Great turn around: Entered show room at the weekend and collected the car on Thursday.

Salesman was excellent - however car only charged to 50% and petrol tank much less than half full , which was quite poor as I didn't notice until i'd driven away , due to all the other distractions .

Warning light for brakes not addressed. When I rang to add this they said I could wait til next service. When I picked up my car. It only had 1000miles on the brakes so had to bring it in again for replacement a week later.

Staff too busy giggling with each other and when I asked where exactly do I need to go, the receptionist just pointed and said go there. When I got there, the advisor said I'll go get your keys. She didn't even offer me a seat! I stood up for ages.

Dawn was efficient and helpful, and called when she said she would. She even made sure my tyres were checked and my windscreen cleaned inside as I'd requested. I find those things difficult to do due to my poor health so I'm extremely grateful.

so why on earth would you email somebody on a Sunday stating something categorised as red requires urgent attention. It wasn't important enough for the mechanic to mention while the car was there on the Saturday so can only be to generate more money.

Team could have acknowledged me when dropping my car off as walked past a few members of staff. It was raining so would have been nice to have been offered to borrow an umbrella. Hard to get car out the bay at pickup as another was parked on the road

On receipt of my vehicle inspection report, I immediately sanctioned work on the brakes that had been recommended to be done on that visit. I received a phone call around 4pm in the afternoon telling me that the work could not be completed that day.
