Due to unavoidable circumstances had difficulty with continuity dealing first with Alex then Frank followed by Nick then finally back to Alex. All were excellent so no actual problems. Special praise for Alex with handling the handover, brilliant.

Would have been 5 star but I did feel the cost of an oil change extremely overpriced. Disappointingly it took 2 visits to get the work completed and now weirdly when the lights are manually switched off they stay on, something for my next visit.

Really good service. The only issue was upon leaving, due to the car park being so full when I tried to squeeze out of the space I had to make a very tight turn and badly scraped my rear left alloy.

Your service staff and reception are amazing now. But I bought five VW's because of the build quality, engineering and reliability. Once their quality and ethics diminished I moved to BMW. Now BMW have taken the same route. I'll move to Lexus.

Recurring problem with idrive/radio that initially was passed from pillar to post but eventually resolved by Adam who accepted ownership of the problem and then professionally and courteously resolved. Would have moved away from BMW if not for him.

I had arrived at the BMW showroom for my 1st MOT since purchasing Feb 2024. Excellent customer service staff greeting me with a smile as always. The lovely clean and comfortable showroom with drinks machine were very welcome on a cold January morning

Quick and easy although the report provided stated I needed 4 tyres (2 illegal and 2 recommended) as leased the car needed to go to Kwik fit who disputed the readings. They showed me the tread readings which were +1 more than BMW

Car was recalled however the day I left the centre the same error message came back on that it was recalled for. Since then every warning light has come on my dash and I am now awaiting it to be fixed again. As of yet unresolved
