Being someone who does not like haggling I found the process of getting the deal and costing a bit awkward. A company like BMW should be offering the best deal possible without the haggling. Felt that the dealer was trying to get as much as it could

The Stockport Service Centre were excellent and I would highly recommend them, especially trying to get my brake repaired under warranty. I was happy on how they delt with my repair letting me speak to the technicians beforehand.

I booked a slot with a cover vehicle but due to an admin error, a vehicle was not available. Unfortunately, this is the 2nd time this has occurred out of the 3x times I've had service with BMW Williams. My rating reflects a 66% failure rate on this.

Dawn Caudwell provide an amazing service and was at hand every step of the way, whilst navigating a difficult a difficult warranty claim. Despite the third-party claim being unsuccessful the service and communication I received made up for it.

Each time the app alerts that the car is needing work, I book and given a cost for the work via app. By the time I drop the car off or have the appointment confirmed the prices is always more. The staff don't seem to care much as to why its different

I received an in-car message to get my front brakes replaced. I bought the car end of Oct. Sales said they couldn't do anything because it was more than 2 months. I assumed the brakes and everything else would be in good condition

MOT and work was fine - but when I came to collect the car I was left waiting for a long time. I spoke to 3 different members of staff, and was told to wait in the waiting area and it seemed like I was forgotten. Took ages to just pay and collect

1. I received a vehicle health check on Thursday 21st March which stated that my front break pads were 50% worn. Despite recently having them changed and having only driven 676 miles. 2. A 3rd party has driven into my car while at the dealership

The service team at the garage were most helpful (I was assisted on the day by Tom who was partucularly understanding of my needs and concerns). After a thorough check and test drive the fault reoccurred and a part was ordered and fitted.

Unfortunately my car developed a restraint system fault shortly after purchase (2 months ago). The car has been back to the workshop 3 times as the problem has proved very difficult to solve despite reprogramming being done and kept reoccurring.

I asked for my car to be cleaned inside and out. I also collected it right at the end of the day so there was time for sure. The inside wasn't cleaned. The outside was done poorly as there were bird poo and mud marks remaining despite if being wash

Really helpful! My handbrake was stuck on my M5 whilst I was out shopping. Andy in the service department was very helpful and they were able to run a diagnostics through the computer system. The car was booked in and sorted within a couple of days.

Overarching reasons mentioned above. 3 visits to sort a sound problem under warranty (3 days). Promises of loan vehicles...only then to state the work would have to be booked in months later when a car available. Very costly for myself.

I was able to book an appointment to resolve a warning light issue at Williams Stockport at short notice when other BMW centres couldn't help for weeks. The car was kept overnight and a courtesy car was found to get me home to Lymm. Brilliant!
