Transaction purchase was so smooth from the start to finish. Sales rep Elliott and the whole Team made this Transaction one to remember as it was a dream car I've always wanted, and they made it happen. Will definitely be coming back to Elliott again

Key fob had low battery as soon as I arrived home from the garage. Given the cost of the service this should have been checked or replaced 12 monthly as part of the service. This is poor.

Besides the delay caused by wrong tyres delivered, after the service, my climate control sounded like a mower. Apparently, there was debris on the new Microfilter, which is a common problem. If so, why was it not checked prior to handing the car back

Really good service and kept informed throughout of the work being carried out on my car. Just didn't appreciate having to my £18 for insurance for the curtesy car when the reason my car was in was for a recall issue and was already an inconvenience

Williams does not accept cash. I was quoted £550 to replace brake pads with yourselves whilst a third party quoted me £280. I know where I'll go back to. I asked for a discount as a former member of staff and got refused without anyone even asking.

Sale was ok. Was disappointed with the collection. The car was not handed over in a good way. Outside in 28 degrees not in the showroom. The car was not properly cleaned through lack of staff and should have been checked before being shown to me.

Staff are always polite and friendly. I wanted to have my failed A/C diagnosed and repaired after losing gas for the second time. The A/C filling unit was broken in the centre; this is the second time I have visited, and the unit is broken.

Checked in online and did ask for oil top up 1 litre to be added, only when I left did I realise it hadn't been added or charged for, so not a big problem.

Please see above the only reason it is not 5 stars is because of the minor mistake on the MOT. Afterwards I had a telephone call from an AI robot which did not declare itself to be non human. By not declaring itself it gives the impression of a scam
